I have always loved Saber Tooth Tigers and other prehistoric creatures. As a kid, I loved fossils and dinosaurs and enjoyed spending time with my grandmother at the La Brea Tar Pits. This artwork is inspired by those memories and my love for skulls, heavy metal, rock, and album artwork. The original artwork was done in pen and ink on an archival mixed media board.
