This super sweet husband asked me to create a custom artwork as a surprise anniversary present for his wife. They just got it framed and hung in their home!

He wanted me to recreate a special memory they had together. After kicking around a few ideas together about direction and style he settled on a magical moment in Durango Colorado.

He sent me the Main photo for the idea and several others so I had good reference to look at while painting. I had freedom to play with the seen and composition as I needed with one main directive “make us look beautiful” 😊 I hand painted this artwork in Photoshop using a Wacom Cintiq 🖌️ I then had it printed at my local printshop as a Giclee Fine art Museum quality print at 24″ x 24″ it looked sooo good!

The client texted me “We Love it!” And “The colors in this piece are awesome”
