Creating is my passion and nature is a great source of inspiration. This artwork brings together two of my greatest loves.

I personally love going on hikes, camping, and exploring the beauty of God’s creation. It’s an amazing experience that connects me to the Creator and his masterpiece. Our world is so full of beauty and inspiration, sometimes we just need to slow down and take it in.

This painting was inspired by one of my long hikes in the lush forests of Hocking Hills State Park in Ohio. While I completely enjoy traditional landscape photography, my heart takes flight when I change my perspective. I find lying on the forest floor and capturing a scene through the intricate roots of a tree reveals a world of enchantment and wonder. It’s as though I’m transported to the mythical elven realms of fantasy stories.
